You will be working on Pinga:

Pinga is an enterprise-grade electronic health solution that connects healthcare systems from different providers into a holistic platform.

It transforms healthcare by streamlining the ordering and delivery of any and every service – from a patient scan to booking an operation to the issuing of prescriptions. Further, it creates efficiencies by allocating available medical resources, equipment, and specialists so that your entire system – from people to beds – operates at peak efficiency, saving money and ultimately lives.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly imaginative and skilled UI/UX Creative Innovator (Designer) to lead our healthcare software platform Pinga user interface and user experience design efforts. As the Creative Innovator, you will play a key role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our cutting-edge Pinga platform, revolutionizing the way healthcare professionals interact with technology. Your passion for design, empathy for users, and expertise in healthcare will drive the creation of intuitive and visually stunning interfaces that optimize workflow efficiency, enhance patient care, and elevate the overall user experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the visual design direction for the healthcare software platform, crafting a unique and memorable experience that aligns with the brand's mission and values.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and healthcare experts, to translate business requirements and user needs into innovative design solutions.

  • Conduct in-depth user research to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and workflows of healthcare professionals and patients.

  • Develop user personas, user journey maps, and conduct usability testing to continually improve and optimize the platform's UX.

  • Create captivating, user-friendly, and responsive UI designs for various platforms, including web and mobile, using the latest design tools and techniques.

  • Introduce new design trends, interactions, and animations to elevate the platform's visual appeal and user engagement.

  • Champion the use of design patterns, style guides, and UI libraries to expedite design workflows and enhance collaboration.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and user-centered designs.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.

  • In-depth understanding of UX research methodologies and usability testing.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
