Software Implementation Specialist

Pinga is an enterprise-grade electronic health solution that connects healthcare systems from different providers into a holistic platform.

It transforms healthcare by streamlining the ordering and delivery of any and every service –  from a patient scan to booking an operation to the issuing of prescriptions. Further, it creates efficiencies by allocating available medical resources, equipment and specialists so that your entire system – from people to beds – operates at peak efficiency, saving time, resource optimization and ultimately saves lives.

Our customers are private and public service providers in Australia, USA, New Zealand as well as the complete digital healthcare system in the countries of Macedonia and Serbia.

About the Role:

Pinga is highly configurable and its successful deployment for a client depends on the following key factors: excellent understanding of the business domain of the client, successful configuration of the product to fit the client’s needs, and successful support and change request process after go-live.

The primary focus of this role is to: configure and troubleshoot Pinga and help customers understand how our technology works. Ensure that the client is using the product, is informed about the changes in advance, and receives appropriate training. They may also delegate tasks to ensure that deadlines are met. They maintain constant contact.


From an expert point of view, the Software Implementation Specialist has the experience to guide the client toward a successful product deployment:

  • Excellent knowledge of the domain.

  • Extensive knowledge of how to implement Pinga.

  • Support and guidance to the clients during the whole implementation process;


The implementation specialist ensures that the Pinga solution will meet the client’s needs and comply with their business flows. The specialist should customize/configure the specific Pinga implementation setup according to the client's needs and specifications, educate and train the client to use Pinga, and configure the customized interface/ modules once approved.


  • Product knowledge. Upon successful completion of the training program, the candidate should be equipped with know-how on the Pinga features and have configuration capabilities.

  • Process knowledge. Knowledge, implementation, and role model of our Sorsix Business Management Framework.

  • Meeting with clients after the sales process is completed, in order to conduct Business Analysis, and collect data and other information related to the specific business processes of the client and the Pinga configuration requirements.

  • Customizing Pinga implementation through the Pinga UI tooling.

  • Support throughout the data migration process, go-live dates, user training, and technical support.

  • Educating clients on how to use Pinga.

  • Prepare documentation (user stories, procedures, user manual, written instructions) in order to support the knowledge transfer. 

  • Contribution to the documentation of the client’s Pinga configuration, in order to keep the product knowledge and the specific use cases (Project Management Tool).

  • Work closely with QA Engineers during performing tests.

  • Work closely with the Delivery Lead, Product Owner  (and the Implementation team) during the solution design.

  • Assists in process improvement and best practices.

  • Maintain a general knowledge of all company solutions/products;


  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Technology Engineering,  or a person with a non-engineering background willing to take advantage to start a new career path in the IT sector.

  • 5+ years of experience with delivering projects and working with clients.

  • Written and spoken fluency in English is essential.

  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Problem-solving skills.

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal English).

  • Detail oriented.

  • Be a highly motivated change agent. 

  • Able to travel to customer sites as required;

  • Oral comprehension - the ability to listen and understand information and ideas related to the domain.

  • Oral expression - the ability to communicate information and ideas so others can understand.

  • Written expression - ability to express in writing so others can understand.

  • Instructing - ability to train the client, to teach others how to use Pinga (show-how).

  • Problem-solving: to come up with ideas, and solutions about key topics and situations, in order to optimize a workflow or solve an inefficiency problem gap. 

  • Problem sensitivity - able to tell/differentiate/escalate/explain when there is a problem. 

  • Raising the issues and creating awareness of arising problems.
