We are looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a QA manual tester

• Experience in writing detailed test scenarios and documenting test plans

• Experience with Test Case Management Tools (for ex: TestRail, Zephyr etc.)

• Good knowledge of the software development life cycle

• Fluid in spoken and written English

• Deliver on time attitude

 

Nice to have, but not required:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Engineering

• Knowledge of the Git workflow

• Web troubleshooting experience and knowledge of browser debugging tools

• Experience with SQL and relational databases

• Knowledge of web automation testing tools

 

Responsibilities:

• Your role has a minimal threshold of the skill level that you must possess for each responsibility. However, we recognize that you will excel in just a few of these skills which we will especially stimulate you to develop through assigning those specific responsibilities and tasks.

You will be:

• ... collaborating with Product Teams and Development Teams from 5 up to 20 people on a daily and weekly basis. You must be very people tolerant, be able to break down problems and explain them in a logical manner.

• ... working with Business Analysts and Product Designers to break down requirements into draft test plans even before the software module is programmed. With them you will develop personas, user journeys according to predefined quality standards.

• ... working with developers very collaboratively on a day-to-day basis in order to ping-pong bugs and do polishing during active development.

• ... expected to go very deep into the domain knowledge with the Product Team and to design and improve functionalities in terms of product quality and optimal journeys. You will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in healthcare software.

• ... work with the UI/UX team to polish workflows and work towards improving our products which have globally recognized user experience.

• ... expected to live in Test Rail. Testing scenarios is your first language.

• ... working with test datasets and personas on a daily basis. SQL will be your second language and you will use it to implement and test various test and demo datasets.

• ... an Individual Contributor, but be able to mentor (not manage) more junior colleagues in specific skills. You will report to the Head of Product, not a QA Lead, so this is a very unique opportunity for you and you are ambitious enough to go out from your comfort zone into the unique ecosystem of Health Tech Product Development.
