We are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Professional written and spoken English

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Result-oriented

  • Ability to multi-task

  • A personal drive to meet commitments

  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills

  • Related experience or equivalent is nice to have


  • Managing daily operations of the service desk and the service desk team

  • The ability to build a process and cohesive team

  • Training and mentoring the service desk team

  • Complete understanding of the company’s business

  • Conducting and sharing results from service and operation performance reviews.

  • Managing service desk KPI’s

  • Managing escalations and ensuring any issues are resolved in a timely manner.

  • An ability to balance and plan the long-term and short-term actions of the team.
